Description
There is an ongoing Project within my client's Process Mapping team who requires a QA Analyst to join the team. As a Global Bank, they are required by regulators to document all its processes. The QA team independently check those documented processes are fit for purpose, develop best practices conduct reviews and correct processes end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- The ability to manage your own projects
- Collaboration with others on Delivery team, identifying internal/external resources required to deliver the project
- Maintain and develop a professional network of contacts, sharing knowledge and best practice where appropriate to support continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Training/Coaching Experience in a previous role/assignment
- Experience of Implementation of an Operating Model
- Experience of process mapping ( BPMN mapping, Blue works or Visio)
- Provision of training and coaching on process mapping and use of IBM Blueworks tool to a large number of business analysts, including induction training for any new process mappers joining the workstreams
