Second Level Supporter for end user platform

Your tasks:
  • Supporting trading area with all its special Hardware (i.e. WEY) and specific software tools
  • Coordinating activities with 3rd Party suppliers and office moves with the facilities team
  • Participating and coordinating major roll-outs of new platforms (i.e. Win7, VCS on thin clients)
  • General maintenance/reparation of hardware
  • Monitoring of open incidents and solution times, in case of Service Level violations escalating to line managers and management
  • Ability to standby on banking holidays and on planned system maintenances
  • Creation of installation guides, flyers and How to-guides for various situations


Your experience/skills:
  • Very good knowledge of Windows XP / 7, MS Office, PC Hardware and network components
  • Willingness to technically lead the End User Platform team and support 3rd party consultant
  • Quality awareness and good supply of service
  • Previous work at a ServiceDesk or as PC Supporter would be an advantage
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
