Vantage Resources are looking for an Oracle E-business technical Consultant with 3 years' experience to join the Oracle support team. The team provides onsite and remote support to customers across a wide range of Oracle technologies.
Oracle E-business technical consultant responsibilities:
- Working with customers to provide consultancy skills around Oracle R11 and Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite and Oracle CRM R12
- Working customers to understand their requirements and document proposed designs for sign off
- Provide technical solutions to their business problems in accordance with Oracle and Fujitsu standards
- Maintaining and supporting our customer's eBusiness suite applications.
- Ensuring Service Management tool is continuously updated with progress, known issues and problem resolutions in accordance with ITIL standards
- Providing technical support to the other team members both DBAs and Functional
- Provide technical input into solution design and estimation for the Bid Process.
- Continue to develop your technical skills so that we can provide up-to date advice and consultancy to our customers
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience developing solutions and customizing the Oracle EBS Solution
- 5 years PL/SQL experience
- 3 years Oracle Reports & XML Publisher
- 3 years of experience using Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms and Discoverer Reporting
- 3 years developing using the Oracle OA Framework
- 2 years developing using Java
- Experience of developing Integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware
