Job Description
Develop efficient solutions to complex business problems using Oracle & Open source technologies.
Design and develop modules for the bill formatting platform to support monthly releases as well as long term strategic initiatives.
Analyze requirements and high level design and be able to produce detail design documents.
Produce analytical reports to monitor key metrics such as call in rates, churn etc.
Use the Spring API to automate manual steps in the bill formatting processes.
Write SQL queries needed to maintain the business rules and application configuration.
Experience working on multiple file formats such as uim, XML, pdf, afp etc. would be an advantage.
Ensure that all code is unit tested with Junit test cases to minimize testing & production defects.
Skill sets
8 - 10 years overall industry experience.
7-10 years hands on Java/J2EE experience.
5 years on Spring API - Spring Batch, Spring Integration
5 years on Junit test cases
3 years Oracle/MySQL SQL experience; Experience with NoSQL DBs would be a plus
3 years on Unix Shell Scripting.
3 years experience in analysing data and producing reports
Experience with Jenkins is an advantage.
