Description

Candidate will support the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery ( BC/DR ) team with program related activities including:
-Update monthly tracking sheets for program related activities (eg, plan updates, exercises, Crisis Management Team (CMT) activities, action items and other initiatives).
-Gather updates and maintain list of CMT members, and other emergency related information and lists, including distribution of this information to the appropriate teams and to BC/DR website.
-Maintain and update list of employees who require priority calling services, and provide to internal or external teams.
-Maintain and update BC/DR team Emergency Binders; test and update emergency conference bridges; welcome package to new CMT members; gather contact updates for final review and distribution.
-Work closely with the BC/DR team to maintain accurate Crisis Management Team information, including CMT and other relevant lists, EOC resources, and notification systems.
-Provide program status reports for management, including development of quarterly executive reports.
-Maintain, review and update the BC/DR database, run queries and generate reports.
-Assist BC/DR team with the closure of action items.
-Support the Corporate Security and BC/DR team with special projects, and conduct ad hoc analysis and research as appropriate.
-Develop and maintain spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for use internally by the BC/DR Team, as well as presentations for external use with customers and speaking engagements.
-Support customer facing and external outreach team on new and evolving activities, that may include the development of PowerPoint presentations, the tracking and research of relevant government agency initiatives and contacts, and related BC/DR and wireless industry activities.

Required Candidate Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
-Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of responsibility within the organization.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong attention to detail with strong project management skills.
-Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in an ever-changing environment.
-Energetic individual who shows initiative, is a team player, and has a positive attitude to change.
-Quick learner and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
-Ability to think strategically and develop a clear understanding of the company's key functional processes and resources.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
-5 years working experience in a large corporate setting interacting with all levels of management.
-Experience in creating and maintaining an MS Access Database.
-Knowledge of the wireless/telecommunications industry.
