Support Manager/Team leader with strong hands on skills required by rapidly expanding financial services company.
You will be a hands-on technical manager with experience of some of the following:
MS Active Directory, Windows 8, Office365, Salesforce, Taskray, SimpleKPI, GoToAssist Service Management, Manage engine Audit plus, MS Office products, Lenovo Desktops, Dell Monitors - touch screen, MS Surface Pro 3, IOS and Android mobile devices, Bloomberg AIM and Market Data, STORM pus based PABX, DELL private cloud - AD infrastructure, MFD printers - Sharp 4140, Wifi Device support.
You will be an experienced manager who will get involved in governance,strategy and hands on support and willing to "roll up your sleeves." Excellent opportunity for strong technical manager with strong support/service delivery skills.
