Developer - San Francisco - Global Quant Trading FirmA rapidly expanding, privately funded global quantitative trading company is looking to add C++ developers working in a Linux system to their San Francisco office. You would be joining a growing team who offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
The firm develops and implements quant trading strategies in exchange-traded financial products and due to their successful strategy in the market, they are seeking experience developers to continue their strengths.
Qualifications:
-A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
-C++ and Linux proficiency
-Strong background in systems and Computer Science or Computer Engineering
-Financial experience is NOT a pre-requisite, but preferred
- Demonstrated responsiveness, resourcefulness, and follow through
Experience in one of the following areas is also desirable:
High performance computing, networking design and deployment
Low-latency trading systems
Algorithm development
Market data feeds and execution
Statistics packages
Compilers
Custom hardware design
Messaging systems
Trading Back Office systems
