Credit Collections Agent / Field Sales Rep required with excellent customer service skills to account manage and grow an existing customer base within the Sheffield region with an established and well-respected financial services home credit company.Experience Desired but not required - The Company Offer Full Training and Support
EARN HIGHER THAN AVERAGE COMMISSIONS WITHIN THIS INDUSTRY
Working on a self-employed basis you can expect to receive a very competitive commission payment structure in addition to target driven cash bonuses, which is paid weekly into your bank account.
You will also earn commission from day one as you will be given an existing customer base straight away to manage and grow.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST live within a 10 Mile Radius of Sheffield so that you can cover your territory effectively. You must also have a full UK driver's licence and your own transport.

The Company has a national network of friendly local reps and is looking for a new self-employed Credit Collections Agent / Field Sales Rep to join their highly successful team.
The Company provide their new and long standing customers with a personal, relationship based, approach to lending, giving their customers access to a wide range of financial products and services to meet their needs.
MANAGE AND GROW AN EXISTING CUSTOMER BASE
Working as the self-employed Credit Collections Agent / Field Sales Rep you will account manage and visit an existing customer base weekly. During your weekly visits you will provide a valued service from affordable loans with manageable repayment plans, collect pre-agreed payments, pay-out new loans and provide additional financial solutions where required. You will also sell Love2Shop retail vouchers that can be used in well-known high street stores as well as offering a great range of top brands and other exciting products from the Company's hire purchase home shopping catalogues.
As the Credit Collections Agent / Field Sales Rep you will also be tasked with growing your customer base and generating new business through customer referrals, agreeing new finance arrangements and selling hire purchase products.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
•No previous experience required as the Company will provide full training and support. However, you should have excellent customer service skills with the confidence to sell and negotiate in a customer facing environment and the desire to provide a first class consumer finance service
•Any previous experience gained within the home credit industry / consumer finance or experience selling other financial based products would be highly desirable, although not essential
•Must have excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills
•Should have a positive and friendly outlook, treating each customer with a high level of service
•Great organisational and time management skills
