Essential skills, experience and knowledge:
Senior business analyst +5 years
Proven knowledge of Scrittura (preferably also technical) in Financial Markets confirmation process (FXMM, Derivatives)
Able to be the linking pin between business and development team
Team player, able to function in a dynamic environment
Pro-active, enthusiastic and driven personality
Coaching, mentoring and training skills
Customer focus in combination with focus on results
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fluent in English
Desirable skills, experience and knowledge:
Experience with agile (OpenUp/SCRUM) or at least agile enthusiast
Has worked in an international environment
Experience with other HP document management solutions
