Position: Delivery Manager
Work Location: Finland (Helsinki)
Duration: 6 months to Start
Language: Finnish with English Mandatory
Looking for senior guy who handled big teams can be from any location of Europe.
Delivery/Program Manager Responsibilities
1. Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
2. Front ending to client counterparts (at all levels, including senior mgmt.)
3. Establish clear ownership for project/delivery tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
4. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project/account objectives.
5. Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
6. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
7. Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
8. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
9. Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise.
