The Opportunity
Our Client is looking for a freelance intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Construction team, to assist in the delivery of a prestigious £65m healthcare project within the heart of Birmingham. This position gives a great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be involved in an integral section of the monumental healthcare development.
The Requirements
The ideal Quantity Surveyor should:
* Have at least 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Have experience working on healthcare projects
* Come from a Main Contractor background
* Have relevant UK experience
* Be fully eligible to work in the UK
* Top 10 main contractor history extremely beneficial
