Condition Based Maintenance, CBM Engineer/Consultant/Advisor
We are seeking a consultant to support a business critical project in our client's OMI Programme (#18 Condition based maintenance).
The consultants must have strong knowledge and experience about Condition Based Maintenance (preferable from Offshore Wind). Someone who can guide a very immature Operations organisation (Asset Integrity Management).
The consultants must have the ability to facilitate and draw the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) journey, incl. the needed steps, decisions etc., from the present level of standardised preventive maintenance (based on the 2 x DE-Master WTG+BoP with fixed intervals ex. months) to the next level of maturity.
- The project have developed an overview about the present situation (CBM position report Jan. 2015).
- 4 possible IT solutions has been identified:
o Nexus (WGIM)
o Coabis
o Hermes (Braendler) have a Blade solution
o DAAA (own developed data platform (containing a "gold mine" of data)
- There are significant business possibilities in both BoP and WTG and in the different countries.
- We are planning a future re-organisation of Asset Integrity Management where Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) will play an important role, where we will like to breakdown the "silos" BoP and WTG to gain synergies and knowledge sharing, and to ensure we do ex. CBM in the same standardised way in BoP/WTG.
