Marketing & Communications Manager

£129 to £160 per day
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the challenging yet highly rewarding criminal justice sector. Managing a department that has redefined its purpose to reflect the need to move to a centrally monitored consistent approach, to enable a consistent and branded approach towards Marketing and Communications.
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will:
- Lead all corporate marketing and communications
- Manage all enquiries and external communications with key stakeholders
- promote the company profile through use of social media and digital channels
- monitor and evaluate the analytics information reporting to senior management
You will manage a small team ensuring all internal and external communications are in line with strategy and brand.
Having recently invested in the launch of a replacement Intranet system you role will entail leading content to ensure it takes pride of place as the primary employee engagement tool.
You will provide support to the operational services in developing marketing led approach to core services and provide detailed analysis on the competitors in a highly competitive market.
Key skills and experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level or hold a relevant professional qualification
- Proven experience of Management within a marketing department
- Previous experience of producing detailed marketing and competitor analysis
- IT savvy including extensive knowledge with Apple products and packages such as Adobe and Photoshop
