Description
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator, on a 9 - 12 months temporary basis to cover maternity leave, to start ASAP.
- £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, based on experience.
Please be aware the first half of this assignment will be based in our clients Reading office, with the second half being based in their Guildford office - Both are situated near the train station and have limited parking.
Job role:
- Act as primary support for 4-8 Sales Consultants and other branch office personnel
- Entering Candidate information into database systems
- Review CVs and reformat to house style
- Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
- Prepare and send correspondence, including running any requested mailers
- Process timesheets and any other payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries as necessary.
- Check divisional mailboxes and direct mail as appropriate
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Review jobs and approve for upload to websites
- Adhere to Company Compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirements are being met
- Compile weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as requested by Branch Management, Regional/District Office or other Back Office departments
- Run searches and reports in Adapt
- Order printed stationery and office supplies
- Organise and attend business events and branch functions
- Maintain Candidate filing and filing of client paperwork
- Ensure conference rooms maintain a professional demeanour and office is tidy, including any storage areas
- Cover receptionist duties as required, which includes managing company in process, booking couriers and taxis, greeting visitors, coordinating candidate testing.
- Additionally, as required, process expense reports, track holiday/sickness, handle petty cash, support the Branch Manager and manage any facilities related issues.
Other ad hoc duties as requested
Profile:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Has a pleasant and professional conduct on both the telephone and when greeting visitors
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- A team-player
- Can work under pressure and yet with good accuracy
Experience:
- 1 year experience working in a customer-facing administrative position
- Bac + 3
- Computer literate, with intermediate-advanced Word, Outlook and Excel
- Typing 40wpm minimum
- Sales Support experience an advantage
