Reports Developer: Remedy, ITIL, Service, English and German
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Reports Developer experienced in establishing Reporting Processes and Services in IT Operations. The successful candidate will have experience the global service desk tool - Remedy.
Skills required for the role are as follows:
* Fluent in English and German - oral and written
* University Degree M.Sc. in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Computing or similar area
* ITIL V3 Foundation certificate mandatory, ITIL V3 Expert desired
* At least 6+ years experience in strategic implementation of ITIL Processes and Tools
* At least 6+ years experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
* Several years of Novartis or major pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired.
* Profound experience in producing technical documentation.
* Profound experience with the BMC ITSM toolset.
* Profound experience with ITSM Reporting.
