Mana Education is seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher who is able to lead on Maths Intervention work across the phase. Experience of planning and delivering small group work and an understanding of the new Maths Curriculum would be highly desirable. The school is a large infant school with a warm and friendly atmosphere and wonderful children. Based in Peterborough, the school is modern and well resourced. Pupils are described as showing a "keen interest in learning and behave well in lessons and around the school." JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a temporary vacancy covering two terms. The purpose of the role is to lead Maths Intervention work at the school and support pupils' progress in this key area. Applications from NQTs and qualified teachers will be welcomed. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or similar qualifications, Teaching Experience in the UK of at least 6 months. Experience and Newly Qualified.
