Description
This major UK banking organisation require an individual to continuously, review, develop and strengthen their mortgage collections and recoveries policy. Day to day the role will require you to research, advise and facilitate policy changes. You will provide support and engage resource across the department following agreed changes in policy or process, ensuring a smooth handover and delivery through to implementation. Your interactions both inside and outside of the department and with operational managers and the wider business will entail excellent interpersonal skills. You clearly must also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of mortgage collections and recoveries strategies, procedures and regulatory requirements. The role itself is initially for 6 months and will pay £400 per day.
