Description :
Supplier Relationship Management Specialist.
Our client is an established leader in the MSP industry, being voted as a top performing MSP provider three years in a row in SIA's annual survey. As a Contract Management Specialist you will be part of a dynamic Program Management Office assigned to a specific Managed Service Provider client. You are responsible for facilitating the contract & payroll management solution our client has implemented for a particular customer by using the client VMS tool, and managing relationships between the customer and the company referred freelancers or non-preferred suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the contract & payroll management solution from freelancer or non-preferred supplier introduction & negotiation to the start of assignment:
•Support the first introduction of a company referred freelancer or non-preferred supplier, provide an initial introduction & explanation on the program specifics and additional client information
•Successfully negotiate final bill rate & finalize the master service agreement (contract) between client and the freelancer or non-preferred supplier
•Contract Management for Tier 3 and Non preferred suppliers, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions flow down from Customer Contract
•Ongoing evaluation and maintenance of key compliance items such as insurance requirements, Anti Bribery and Corruption policies, etc.
•Facilitate contractor on-boarding for financial payment between client and freelance/non preferred supplier
•Support RFP process and negotiate with non-preferred suppliers
•Serve as procurement specialist during an implementation phase to assist with determining and implementing the negotiation strategy
•Provide advice to ensure compliance in case of complex payroll situations to both the freelancer or non-preferred supplier and client hiring manager (i.e. cross boarder contract management setup, company setup, visa requirements, etc.)
•Support and administer the monthly invoice process serving as liaison with suppliers as first point of contact for invoicing questions and work with finance to resolution
•Professionally manage and support the non-preferred supplier relationships, follow up consistently and maintain ongoing open communication channels
•Other special projects and duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
Technical skills:
•At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or procurement, preferably in the staffing (in-house) or contracting industry (procurement categories) focusing on ICT, technical or scientific roles.
•At least 2-3 years contractual and rate negotiation experience
•A bachelor degree (in economics, sales & marketing, human resources or business) is strongly preferred or similar through experience.
•You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

•You have an analytic mindset, problem-solving skills, are a quick learner and motivated self-starter
