Stress Testing Change Manager-London
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in London as Stress Testing Change Manager.
The role holder will be required to:
- To provide a central and independent review of the accuracy and completeness of FDSF Actuals templates and support the sign-off by senior management.
- In particular, this role is responsible for supporting and analysing the content, processes and controls for the FDSF Actuals reporting process.
Key areas of accountability include, but are not limited to:
- Analysing FDSF Actuals data across multiple templates
- Reviewing and amending Basis of Preparation
- Performing reconciliation and presenting results
- Helping improve processes & procedures
- Supporting the wider DTS team
- Supporting the rollout of additional FDSF templates and increase in site coverage
Key skills/experience:
- Stress Testing
- Regulatory Reporting
- Wholesale/Retail Credit or ALM or Market Risk
- Financial Services
- Excellent understanding of one or more of RWAs, Credit Metrics, Retail and/or Wholesale Risk, ALM
- Strong ability to critically review and sense check data
- Strong ability to articulate issues clearly, engage with data suppliers effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Confident and effective communication with management
- Able to work accurately and to tight deadlines, with occassional need to work extended hours
- Typically qualifications would include an graduate degree in Finance, Science, Business Administration or a related field.
