Job Description:
Manage the company's Worldwide IAM environment, based on NetIQ eDirectory and Microsoft Active Directory in a 7x24 environment.
Process enhancement towards 1st and 2nd line support teams which are outsourced to a third party.
Knowledge in how the IT infrastructure is used by the organization.
Execute changes according to ITIL Process.
Solve incidents and prevent reoccurrence by a pro-active attitude.
Supporting activities like reporting and documentation.
Discuss improvements and new ideas with the Domain Architects.
Timely and clear communication, share information and knowledge
Share responsibility and leverage expertise of others
Focus on targets and evaluate
Required Experience:
At least 5 years professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
Thorough experience on IAM and LDAP
Thorough experience on Microsoft Active Directory.
Bachelor plus level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferable Experience:
Basic Linux knowledge
Basic RHDS knowledge (NIS)
Experience with Security reporting.
Experience with Single Sign-on solutions
Experience with PKI management
Certified Microsoft (MCSE)
Personal Skills:
Basic knowledge of ITIL.
Good communication skills, good knowledge of the English language;
Communicative and pro-active personality with a strong gets it done mentality;
Ability to differentiate urgent matters from the not-so-urgent matters;
