Leading Global Solutions Provider has long term contract requirement for a WebSphere MQ Specialist in South Dublin
Senior WebSphere MQ Series Specialist required to implement and test complex WebSphere Message Queue infrastructure that are highly stable, scalable and maintainable. This position will require troubleshooting and setting-up of new environments.
Experience & Skills
- Broad hands-on project experience with MQ component related design, development, testing, implementation and handover
- Must have experience working with AIX and HA
- Must have hands-on experience installing and configuring MQ 7 Clusters
- Must have hands-on experience performing tasks relative to application integration to the infrastructure
- Must be able to work on projects that extend MQ Series infrastructure, MQ Clustering, SSL channels support, Publish/Subscribe, etc.
- Candidate must work with the UNIX/AIX System Administrators and other Middleware administrators
- Candidate will also be required to understand Shell Scripting
- Experience installing and configuring with Omegamon would be good to have
- Experience with DB2 support required for Message Broker would be good to have
- Experience with Windows would be good to have
