Description
The ideal candidate will be part of a highly leveraged global network security team and must have a strong technical foundation in networking and network security, defense in depth. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with global partners. The ability to provide after hour support, in depth troubleshooting and network security project implementation is also required.

Cisco ASA experience
Packet Analysis/troubleshooting
Unix/Linux experience
Additional Skills:
Technical qualifications:
Solid understanding of Cisco ASA or Juniper Firewalls
Understanding of IP network and routing including packet analysis (Wireshark or tcp dump)
Enterprise systems management experience
Linux or other UNIX like experience
One or more of the following:
Knowledge of Bluecoat Proxy technologies
Knowledge of network load balancing (F5 preferred)
Knowledge of IPS/IDS, AV technologies.
Functional Skills:
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Risk vs. reward analysis
Understanding of "Defense in Depth" Strategy
Knowledge of security best practices
Vulnerability management and remediation
Experience and other requirements:
At least 3 years of technical experience working with network security tools
At least 3 years of experience with information security best practices
CISSP Preferred
