GCS Construction is urgently recruiting for M&E Project Managers to join a key client of ours based within the London region. My client required numerous, M&E Project Managers on a 6 month contract basis within the Building Services project teams.
The successful candidates will be joining a global, market leading organisation as either a project or senior project manager, working on some of London's most prestigious projects. As an industry setting organisation my client are famous for investing in talented candidates, offering fantastic packages, visible career progression and diverse project work.
Core requirements;
- Solid M&E Experience
- Solid Building Services/Construction background
- Predominately office based
- Able to lead meetings
- Excellent communication skills with the likes of planners/designers/senior management
- Develop & maintain client relationships (Communication throughout project life cycle)
- Understanding of Health & Safety
- Understanding of commissioning - processes/systems/reporting etc
- All aspects of M&E and Project Management
