Understanding the business in shorter period.
Excellent business analytical skills.
Managing end to end customer/vendor interactions from requirement gathering to designing and proposing relevant client specific solutions.
Debt collection knowledge is added advantage
Creating Data and process flow diagrams
6Proficient in creating BRDs, detailed System Requirement Specifications, Use Cases, Traceability Matrix, GAP Analysis and Process Flows (As-Is, To-Be state) for all the process with all inputs (precondition, input/output parameters, DB, flow diagrams, elaboration of requirements, decisions, rules, etc..)
Cascading and elaborated requirement to offshore.
Strong knowledge on SDLC phases
Test case preparation and verifying with business.
Conducting workshops
Corodinating with vendor and understand the expectation which flow down in to requirement spec.
Excellent communication skills.
