Description
For one of my clients I am looking for a Fircosoft Screen & Keep (FSK) Technical Support Specialist for our Application Support team. The project is ongoing an the location is Amsterdam.
You are responsible for the technical support of the Corporate Credit Risk Managament (CCRM) and Bankwide Customer Domain (BCD) Systems. You will play a central role between the business, the development and the IT infrastructure teams.
You are: self-motivated with a can do mentality. Eager to learn, proactive and enthusiastic. Able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines. Good communication skills are essential.
Experience:
- Linux/SQL/WebSphere/TIBCo
- Erase (MUST HAVE!)
- Fircosoft (MUST HAVE!)
- Strong in communication
- General knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Unix, web and application-Servers, databases, networks, Firewalls, Proxy-Servers)
- Good at progress monitoring
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Be prepared to work in shifts, starting at 07:00 or finishing at 19:00 or be standby 24*7. Also working in the weekend is sometimes required to coordinate deployments.
- execute acceptance of new erase and fircosoft applications
- manage and solve incidents and problems
- perform IT operations tasks (monitoring, batch execution)
- make sure all risk documentation is up to date
- knowledge transfer to the rest of the team
Our team will start supporting two new applications. First the support of these applciations has to be implemented as pragmatic as possible on a short timescale, after that it needs to be integrated with the activities of the rest of the team.
