Bank of America Merrill Lynch is looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst within the Global Human Resources

* Provide analytical & systems support and expertise to EMEA Compensation Group
* Reports to Compensation Consultants

This role is very analytical focused role and looking for someone with strong Analysis & Advanced excel;

Team Specific Structure and Responsibilities:
* Provide analytical & systems support and expertise to EMEA Compensation Group
* Reports to Compensation Consultants

Responsibilities:
* Support the team on compensation reporting and data analysis
* Assist in data requests and analysis related to regulatory initiatives
* Assist in developing market benchmarking analysis and job compensation range analysis
* Assist in equity buyouts for new hires
* Work as part of the wider project team, contribute to the development and implementation of the new compensation strategies
* Provide analytical support to the design, development and continual improvement of compensation processes across the region
* Define, document and analyse current reporting systems for potential to implement new reports and standardise processes (eg guarantee tracker)
* Opportunities to become involved in research, analysis and recommendations on systems generally across HR
* Preparing compensation reporting throughout the year end compensation review and on an ad hoc basis
* Maintaining compensation trackers and reporting for the region

Essential:
* Advanced level Excel experience (may be tested)
* Excellent analytical and technical skills
* Excellent data analysis
* HR/compensation analyst experience
* Solid understanding of Human Resources Practices and process including Compensation, Reporting, Performance Mgmt, etc.
* Strong systems and business acumen
* Strong customer-centric viewpoint
* Excellent communication skills
