Customer Service Representative -AXA Wealth, Bristol, 6 months initially - view to go perm - £10 per hour(£18-19k)

Purpose Of Role:
Provide enhanced support to existing and potential Elevate customers to ensure their journey is as smooth as possible, contributing to the development of profitable new business and relationships by taking ownership of all enquiries, providing technical support on more complex Elevate queries, processing work accurately and providing training and coaching support to internal and external users.

Skills and Experience:
Experience of working with IFA's on Elevate including platform navigation & product queries
Ability to talk to end customers and fulfil their needs effectively
Up to date Wrap/Platform Industry knowledge
Good understanding of regulatory requirements
Effective customer relationship management
Consistently Excellent customer service delivery skills
Excellent customer behaviours - ownership, empathy, resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Full understanding of AXA Wealth proposition
Flexibility/adaptability to cope with change
Planning and organisational skills
Process improvement skills
Experience of working within a customer facing, financial services environment
