Description
A large Life and Pensions company based in Reading are looking to recruit a candidate for a short term Quality Assurance contract.
The role will entail quality checking outbound calls made by sales consultants ensuring that compliance is met.
Applicants will ideally have experience of quality assurance within a regulated sales or financial services environment. Working knowledge of pensions products and knowledge of relevant to recent legislation would also be highly desirable.
