Senior HR Business Analyst
Location: Hilversum, Netherlands

Job Description
- Play a pivotal role in supporting Nike's Global Payroll being outsourced to third party payroll providers for these 5 countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal)
- Good understanding of HR Pay and Time functions
- Gather and analyze the needs of human resources (HR) end users and serve as a liaison between business managers and IT (Technology)
- Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and leadership skills
- 6-8 years or more professional level experience developing and managing human resources/payroll systems and projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience in BA role(s)
- Good understanding of SDLC, different models including Agile; working experience/knowledge of Agile preferred
Desirable
- SAP HCM knowhow
- ADP for Payroll outsourcing
