Description
My client is looking for a number of Niche Senior Lead Business Analysts to resource significant data and MI build for Service Excellence. This will include Base lining, Data capture tool builds, new reporting and dashboard creation for up to 100 Service Excellence redesigns across Customer Operations, plus build and analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Benchmarking analysis to inform how we serve our customers and therefore drive Service Excellence. Location is flexible for this role you can be based in Leeds, Edinburgh, Hove or Newport.
Essential skills required for this role are:
*Strong technical capability - ideally SAS/SQL coding and documentation, other data mining, MS Access and Excel, EUC builds, MI experience
*Stakeholder management skills preferable - will be managed by permanent staff to do the technical work but need to be self-starters and be able to talk to people and explain technical concepts in a simple way
*Analytical capability - be able to take data, form conclusions and provide recommendations.
