Practicus is working on an exciting opportunity to join a global HR transformation for a growing and ambitious client. As the Global HR Process Specialist you will be responsible for the facilitation of workshops with the global process owners to ensure the correct processes are designed and are aligned to each country's HR and legislation requirements. These processes include all HR administration, recruitment and compensation & reward.

You will have the support of a consultancy who is leading the design, documentation and workshops. You will need to be able to challenge and input around their work to ensure it meets with the businesses requirements.

This piece of work is part of a wider transformation that will consolidate and streamline HR globally to ensure better efficiencies and one version of the truth.

You will have strong HR process improvement, design and re-engineering experience ideally within a global setting. You will also have worked within an HR transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a client going through a massive amount of change.

Please be aware that this role requires global travel (around 1 week per month). For the rest of the time you will be based from home.

The client is looking to interview week commencing 9th March and for someone to start on Monday 16th March for an initial 3 month contract .
