The consultant will be part of the Application Management Team and will reports to Application Service Delivery team lead. Business orientated and work closely with the Digital Communication & Digital Marketing teams.
Job description
The consultant is wanted to have the following profile/experience for this position:
- Translating business requirements into technical designs
- Quality assuring the application development deliverables versus the technical design
- A business orientated and work closely with the Digital Communication & Digital Marketing teams
- Total relevant experience 3 to 5 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing/Managing Internet web based solution, preferably using SDL Tridion technology
- Experience in SDL Tridion version 2011, 2013 & onwards would be beneficial
- Experience in working in a multi-vendor & stakeholders environment
- Manage external service provider, ensuring services are provided in quality, in SLA and according to service contracted. Control solution implementation versus agreed design
- Manage multilingual websites using blueprinting methodology
- Involved in developing complex Internet Sites
- Provide methodologies to improve the content website performance.
- Interact & communicate with internal customers and technical team on a daily basis
- Evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies and approves design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture
- Create, consult and review architectural decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of architectures in order to create solution Blue print to meet project requirement
- Perform as-is analysis provide to-be recommendation's, evaluate product technology solution and provide solution to specialized problems in order to provide inputs on technical and domain road map
Skills and Experience required
1. 3 - 4 years professional experience with SDL Tridion, experience in SDL version 2011 (or newer)
2. Proven experience in multinational company, dealing with multi insourced/outsourced service providers
3. SDL Tridion Expert - previous Subject Matter Expert (SME) on application SDL Tridion (SDL 2011)
- Technical background in IT Infrastructure (Hosting, Desktop, network, SDL Tridion application set-up)
- Manage to evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies and approves design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture
- Good experienced with a multi-vendor environment
- ITIL V3 certified
- Previous project management experience
