hope you are well?I am currently working with an NHS Client in London who is urgently looking for a Change Manager to join their team for a 3-6 month contract.
Your role will be key in preparing the affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working as well as Managing the realisation of benefits of the new EDRM system
You will have previous experience working in a similar role with your key duties including:

EDRM Change Management exp within an NHS setting.
> Working alongside the EDRM team to implementing and facilitating sustainable change
> Reviewing the system across all clinical services - making recommendations to initiate improvements in the use of the system
> Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the project
> Taking the lead on transition management; ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition
> Providing analysis to identify opportunities for redesign and improvement
