Description
My client based in Swindon is looking for an Electrical Power Supply Design Engineer to produce a design for a high capacity Lithium-Ion battery pack.
This is a Contract position expected to be 6 - 9 months duration and commences April 2015.
The successful candidate will be required to produce a design for a high capacity Li-Ion battery pack, BMS and charger system.
This candidate will be familiar with SMPS design and current Li-Ion management techniques.
High reliability design is key as is knowledge of ALT and appropriate test procedures.
Design capability for EMC and resilient systems is essential.
Experience of avionics design and familiarity with associated requirements and regulations is desirable.
