To support our growth, swyMe Europe BV is seeking a motivated, friendly, smart, tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to join its team in Noordwijk (NL). This is an entry-level position, but offers significant responsibility both for interacting with customers and driving our company s success as you grow our list of satisfied customers.

Taken:

  • Lead technical aspects of preparation for, and delivery of, Sales Demos in Europe, Asia and the Americas;
  • Learn our industry-leading video collaboration software inside and out;
  • Provide feedback to our development team regarding technical challenges;
  • Provide feedback to sales on progress of trials.
  • Support prospective customers through trial periods to ensure positive experiences;
  • Teach, inform and train users and administrators;
  • Troubleshoot anything and everything, remotely;
