The Role:

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:
  • Market Mapping - identifying businesses and managers which require the candidates you source.
  • Business Development - Networking and building relationships through cold calling, f2f meetings and effective marketing.
  • Sourcing Candidates - Identifying the best candidates in your market by headhunting, networking and using our extensive database
  • Negotiation & Closing - Achieving the best Commercial outcomes for both the client, SThree and yourself!!

What we're looking for:

We are recruiting for our SAP, BI and SAS markets so knowledge in these areas would be advantageous but is by no means essential. As long as you have a "go-getter" attitude with at least 1 years B2B telesales experience we would love to speak to you.
