Planning Business Analyst - Financial Services - Edinburgh
The planning analyst will be working in an operational call centre environment to ensure that there is sufficient operational resource to meet customer SLA's as well as ensuring planning analysis and resource schematics are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Accountabilities:
- Not a role for a specific PMO Planner or Programme Planner
- produce detailed and accurate operational forecasts that drive resource planning
- develop and maintain robust working relationships to initiate cost effective resourcing
- support all governance processes to enable reconciliation of all planning assumptions
- prepare complex analysis in a transparent and simple manner that is tailored to a variety of senior audiences
- ensure timely, accurate and quality work is produced using technology and developing new best practices and processes
- challenge plan content where required and guide project managers
- ensure that all programme and project plans are updated on a regular basis and that QA MI reflects this
- planning workshops and regular plan governance meetings
Location: Edinburgh
Rate: £300 - £350 per day
Duration: 6 months
