IT Business Analyst - Stockholm
My client is a worldwide consultancy seeking an IT Business Analyst to start immediately.
IT Business Analyst required skills & experience
- Managing end to end customer/vendor interactions from requirement gathering to designing and proposing relevant client specific solutions.
- Debt collection knowledge is added advantage
- Proficient in creating BRDs, detailed System Requirement Specifications, Use Cases, Traceability Matrix, GAP Analysis and Process Flows (As-Is, To-Be state) for all the process with all inputs (precondition, input/output parameters, DB, flow diagrams, elaboration of requirements, decisions, rules, etc..)
- Cascading and elaborated requirement to offshore
- Strong knowledge on SDLC phases
- Test case preparation and verifying with business.
- Conducting workshops
- Coordinating with vendor and understand the expectation which flow down in to requirement spec.
- Creating Data and process flow diagrams
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding the business in shorter period
- Excellent business analytical skills.
