Microsoft Enterprise Specialist
For one of our clients actives in the ICT sector and based in Brussels, we are currently recruiting a Microsoft Enterprise Specialist who will be in charge of all daily operations applications.
Start Date: 30 March 2015
End Date: 05 October 2015 (extensions possible)
Location: City Centre of Brussels
Your activities will be:
*You will be member of a team responsible for the operational availability of the Office Automation applications (Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, and Lync).
*Within the team you're the point of contact for all projects, incidents, planned works and escalations concerning Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync.
*Together with your colleagues you will take care of the daily management of the Applications running on our Windows Servers.
*You will execute operational activities like releases, bug-fixes, follow-up of incidents
*You will manage small projects or sub-projects (for example migration project).
*On one side you're the interface with the engineering team, on the other side you'll have a lot of interaction with the First & second line support teams.
*You will take ownership of incidents & problems and you are taking the correct actions to solve them.
Your profile is:
*You're a specialist Microsoft Enterprise Software & Services with also a proven experience in several of the technologies mentioned underneath
Microsoft Active Directory services 2008 & 2012
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and 2013 (incl. Pushmail, OWA, OAB, CCR )
Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2013
Microsoft LYNC Server 2013
Trendmicro anti-virus for Exchange and Sharepoint
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (AD, DNS )
Microsoft cluster services
BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Service Center Operations Manager 2012
Microsoft Internet Information Services 6 & 7 & 8
Microsoft Hosting platform
*IP Networks, Firewall, load-balancer, Proxy, Internet & SAN solutions are no strange terms for you.
*You're an expert in the Microsoft server area with more than 5 years proven experience.
*You're a team player but also able to work on an individual basis.
*You're flexible, (escalations, guard duty, planned works ) and stress resistant.
*You're able to write and maintain documentation, and to give training to the colleagues of the First & second line support, including your team members.
*You speak fluently English. You have ideally a good knowledge in French and/or in Dutch.
