IT PROJECT COORDINATOR

Duration: 8-month contract (W2)

Location: Lake Oswego, OR 97035

Job Number: 59056

Client: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

Travel: Travel required to Southern California facility around Oct 1st for at least one week
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to and coordinates closely with HealthConnect Program Manager
  • Manage HealthConnect national project schedules, tasks and plans using MS Project Server
  • Coordinate and manage HealthConnect regional engagement and inter-regional meetings using Lotus
    Notes and Webex
    • Create, manage and distribute meeting notes and follow-up on action items from the meetings
  • Create presentations and status reports for leadership
  • Create/update project timelines, workflow diagrams, system flow diagrams, organization charts using Visio
  • Administer/manage SharePoint for national HealthConnect team
  • Manage and update the HealthConnect requirements documents/build guides and other project documents based on new Epic vendor documentation
  • Manage and maintain Vendor Alignment dashboard for the in scope CD-BIO Applications
  • Manage and process change requests to the ICD-10 Master inventory for the CD-BIO applications
  • Manage project issues/risks on SharePoint
    • Assist with problem resolution and follow-up

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6-10 years' demonstrated growth and accountability (comp to Senior Level PM)
  • 5+ years' proven experience with systems/process analysis or as a business analyst within healthcare
  • Must be self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
  • Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
  • Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Project Server
  • Experience working in large corporations
  • Proven history of exceptional customer service
  • Business Analysis, Consulting Experience

Preferred Certification, Experience, and Skills:

  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of health information and health care services regulatory environment, particularly ICD-10
  • Expertise in creating Data flow Diagrams, Conceptual Data Models, Use case Diagrams, Class Diagrams,
    Sequence and Activity Diagrams
  • Full life cycle experience
