Communications Manager - Commercial Banking
A proven Communications Manager is required to work on commercial change project for a Retail Bank.
The role accountabilities are to work with Project teams to identify the client & colleague impacts of Change. Document what they are & resultant treatment strategies for those impacts eg training required, comms, system change etc. Prepare communications outlining the change and work with others in the team to help create an overview of client & colleague impacts - scale & timing
Business Change Experience within a Bank/FS client is a MUST
