Job Description:
- Able to Analyze Customer Radio Networks Design and Performance to identify challenges and opportunities
- Work with the Customer to determine and agree how SON will be integrated into the Network
- Plan and execute the implementation of SON in the Customers network - Performing analysis of results and presenting these internally and externally
- Manage the technical relationship with the Customer and provide Knowledge Transfer and training
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of Experience in Cellular Technologies and different vendors such as E///, ALU, NSN, Huawei - Probably gained with a vendor or mobile operator.
- Excellent knowledge of LTE/3G network architecture as well as ecosystem elements - OSS, RNC, Node B, Femto etc
- Excellent knowledge in different vendor RF Parameters
- Experienced in System Acceptance Testing
