Your tasks:
- Develop an Information Risk Management framework (policies, guidelines, governance structure, processes and supporting tools
- Develop a global IT Risk Assessment process (e.g. for IT projects, control maturity assessments, top-level risk assessments, Vendor IT Risk Assessments etc…)
- Develop, operate and maintain an IT GRC tool - RSA Archer
- Consolidate IT Risk information and IT Risk communities i.e. develop useful and targeted reporting
- Develop and maintain a Global Information Risk Dashboard and provide input to various IT Risk Committees and governance bodies
- Develop training for IT project managers and coach project managers on IT Risks
Your qualifications
- Practical experience in developing or operating a Global IT control framework
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMI, PMP, et. al.), Process Management (e.g. ITIL) as well as Risk Management (CRISC, CISM, ISO 27xxx et. al.)
- Successful track record of delivering IT projects in large and diverse international organizations
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools (knowledge of RSA Archer a plus)
- Fluent English mandatory, a good command in German a clear plus
