Description
The main skills required for this 6 month contract role are:
Experienced Systems Analyst required to document the BOL Systems Architecture focusing and to co-ordinate the build activities during the migration of physical Servers to virtual Servers.
Key responsibilities
- Setup up workshops with the Systems administrators and document the setup of the Servers, document all configuration points and integration points
- Document all scheduled jobs that run on Servers (either on Cron/OPC)
- Document all configuration points and integration points on system
- Provide support to IBM during the Design & build phase
- Provide support to the regression, perf test teams
- Support the test team during the NFT/OAT test phases
- Support the deployment process when the server are being deployed to production.
- Provide status updates to project management
- Recent Unix preferably Solaris experience required
