My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for Completing the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design aligned with the strategy for a medium to large sized project or a component(s)/work stream of a large project/programme typically with a small team.

Essential skills for this role are:

  • Knowledge of Business Change Management Processes
  • Complex & extensive Stakeholder Management and Communications skills & experience
  • Change Management experience and Migration experience is essential
  • Retail Banking & Savings knowledge required
  • Previous experience of Data & Archiving solutions required
  • Sector knowledge of Financial Services
  • Knowledge of previous migrations and multi-stream programmes
  • Detailed knowledge of process mapping both as-is and to-be including traceability to IT design documentation
  • Ability to articulate detailed requirements and solutions to senior stakeholders ensuring the information is of relevance to the target audience
  • Experience of working at system level and willingness to drive to the detail of data field mapping and validation, to support correct allocation of migration strategies for each account type
  • Has experience of, and understands migration phases for moving account information from source to target systems
  • Able to report on the interdependencies with other resilience work streams
  • ISEB qualification, or equivalent

  • Excellent Diplomatic & inter-personal skills
  • Credit Risk knowledge
