Service Desk Analyst

Our Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to resolve basic incidents and ensure an end to end customer experience. This role will be based in central Amsterdam, on a 3 month rolling contract.

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Experience supporting LAN's and administration of a LAN environment

- Experience using PC software such as Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with PC Hardware configuration
