Description
Urgent requirement for an experienced Process Analyst/Business Analyst to join a new programme in the Banking sector. The individual will be required in the first instance to drive workshops to define current and future business processes and to subsequently deliver the change management required to enable the business to reap the benefits a the new CRM platform. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent consulting skills around stakeholder management and communications and must also have industry expertise in one of Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking or Treasury Management. Exposure to any CRM platform, in particular Sibel or Salesforce/SFDC would be highly regarded.
