SAP QM Consultant
SAP QM Consultant required by a global FMCG company to help establish a basic quality management functionality for the Mould Assembly Function that is currently in ramp-up phase and in need for a more structured way of managing quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Explain the standard SAP QM functionality and master data elements (like master inspection characteristics, test methods, inspection plans, inspection lots, result recording, usage decisions etc).
2. Explain the integration of SAP QM with other SAP functionality, especially in MM (both purchasing and inventory management) and PP (production orders).
3. Basic configuration of an SAP QM solution in our core SAP ECC system. In this system there are other QM solutions in place which need to be respected and not be negatively impacted. The solution must be future proof - that is that it must be possible to expand the processses and the master data at a later stage without having to re-work a lot.
4. Train the users in master data creation and coach them in the execution. This includes the development of basic training material and the training of key users.
5. Document the solution.
Technical scope:
1. Remain within the limits of standard SAP - no ABAP based solutions are allowed/possible in the time frame.
2. Configuration of the required QM master data and functionality.
3. Coordination with the Master Data team for the creation of material master (both MRO Master data and Material Master).
