Description
My client is based in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for a RAN/SON Networks Engineer to start ASAP for an initial 12 Month contract.Skills matching the following:
Able to Analyze Customer Radio Networks Design and Performance to identify challenges and opportunities
Work with the Customer to determine and agree how SON will be integrated into the Network
Plan and execute the implementation of SON in the Customers network - Performing analysis of results and presenting these internally and externally
Manage the technical relationship with the Customer and provide Knowledge Transfer and training
Minimum Qualifications:
3-6+ years of Experience in Cellular Technologies and different vendors such as E, ALU, NSN, Huawei - Probably gained with a vendor or mobile operator.
Excellent knowledge of LTE/3G network architecture as well as ecosystem elements - OSS, RNC, Node B, Femto etc.
Excellent knowledge in different vendor RF Parameters
Experienced in System Acceptance Testing
