Support Process Analyst
One of market leading clients is urgently looking for a Support Process Analyst.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Knowledge of ITIL/Support Methodology
- Lean/Six Sigma methodologies knowledge/certification
- Good knowledge of an HR environment
- Experience in management of small projects
- Experience with Customer interactions
- Strong analytical skills
- Process oriented - Strong communication skills in both French and English (Dutch a plus), able to sell the benefits of the projects to acquire global adhesion.
- International experience.
Function:
As a Support Process Analyst your responsibilities will include SWOT analysis of Support team(s), Customer Interviews report, Modelise each internal operational support processes and formalize, Register and summarize existing operational documentation, Support tools analysis and recommendations, Formalize weaknesses and recommendations of improvement, Find and elaborate synergies between support teams, Globalize the new model and implement it and upgrade documentation consequently.
Contract: 4 months
